Dancing is like flowers. Nobody is that concerned when you begin because it appears that not much is happening, but there is alot going on that no one can see. With time and hard work using body movements, from the feet progressing to the head you will reach a point where you will open up and flower and others will observe in amazement and wonder at the beauty within.
Women can multi task their homes, their jobs, their careers, their families, their friends and pretty much anything else. All I want to do is show them with belly dance on how to multi task their bodies. Your body is your sacred temple and you can move your body to connect with the universe with divine dance.
Learning to dance can be compared to the race between the tortoise and the hare. Rabbits are erratic, inconsistent and always running here and there achieving a shortened lifespan, but the consistent turtle moves along with determination knowing slow and steady wins the race.
The dance of life is the same dance of the flower. At the beginning you struggle, strain and work hard to break out of the seed/mold and as you push upwards/outwards you fight against many odds but with the right amount of love, care and nurturing you make it to the point where you open, unfold and show the world all the grace, beauty and glory that was hidden within.
